Experience:


Appropriate Human Resource Administration. Appropriate experience in the PERSAL system. Experience in all aspects of personnel and salary administration.


Minimum Educational Qualification:


Senior Certificate (or equivalent).


Duties


Provide assistance and support to clients, personnel, management and supervisors. Render effective support to supervisor. Application of the OSD Ensure efficient and effective quality and risk management in PM department, including audit compliance Train and develop sub-ordinates. Approve PERSAL transactions. Act as revisor of Persal work. Administer and ensure effective and efficient implementation of Human Resource Management policies and prescripts. Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of staff in terms of the Staff Performance Management Systems (SPMS). Supervise, plan and co-ordinate the section with regards to the relevant policies, procedures, prescripts with regards to personnel, salary administration, PILIR, leave, termination WCA, acting allowance, debt management, commuted overtime paysheet management, and administration of general service conditions in a staff office.
