Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Accounting Duties:


Manage daily administrative operations of the school.
Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and school activities.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Support school management in planning and executing academic and non-academic activities.
Monitor attendance records for staff and students.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and examinations.
Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditure.
Record school fees, payments, and other revenue streams.
Issue receipts and track outstanding fees.
Prepare basic financial reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Teach assigned subjects.


Qualifications


Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND with 1-2 years experience.
Candidates leaving around Ijaiye-Ojokoro, Alagbado, Kola, Alakuko and its environs will be given high priority.
