Summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Office Assistant / Administrative Support personnel to assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the office team.
Manage filing systems, records, and office documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing office calendars.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.
Support data entry, document preparation, and report compilation.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and dispatch of documents.
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: OND, SSCE, or equivalent.
0 - 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be professional, reliable, and willing to learn.
