Key Responsibilities


Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock replenishment, receiving and verifying deliveries, conducting reconciliations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting stock takes and audits.
Process customer orders by preparing quotations, invoices, delivery notes, courier documentation, coordinating order picking and dispatch, and resolving order fulfilment issues.
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries, handling complaints and returns, processing credit notes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Coordinate pricing and procurement support by preparing quotations for consumables, spare parts, and services while liaising with technical teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up.
Maintain branch administration and reporting by preparing stock reports, updating inventory and customer records, supporting debtor follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and effective use of business systems.


Key Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration, warehouse administration, or operations administration.
Hands-on experience using an ERP/inventory management system.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated experience in inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
