Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
Diploma holders with substantial administrative experience may also be considered.
Knowledge of office administration procedures and experience in scheduling appointments and visits.
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in administration, office management, or educational institution management.
Experience in working in an education field will also be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
