Provide admin and operational support to the maintenance team. Handle calls, log faults, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quick resolution.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:00 - 16:00
Key Duties:
Answer and manage incoming calls
Log and track maintenance issues
Assign and escalate faults to the team
Follow up to ensure jobs are completed
Keep accurate records and reports
Monitor staff attendance and report absenteeism
Assist with general admin task
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and organised
Able to multitask and prioritise
Basic maintenance knowledge (advantage)
Professional, confidential, and trustworthy
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Office
Must be able to speak Afrikaans
