Duties and Responsibilities:
Assessment Logistics
Coordinate end-to-end assessment processes, including preparation, packing, and distribution of assessment materials.
Liaise with invigilators to schedule assessments and ensure all exam-day requirements are met.
Maintain assessment records, documentation, and compliance with institutional policies.
Support the academic team with exam preparation, result collation, and related administrative tasks.
Student Query Management
Serve as the first point of contact for student queries via IIE Assist, phone, and walk-ins.
Provide timely, accurate responses to enquiries regarding assessments, timelines, academic processes, and general support.
Escalate complex queries to relevant departments and ensure follow-up until resolution.
Maintain a log of student queries to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Support students with access to resources, campus information, and general guidance.
Sales Support
Provide prospective students with information about programmes, fees, and application procedures.
Schedule campus visits, consultations, and information sessions for prospective students.
Ensure that all potential applicant information is promptly shared with the Student Advisor team at Emeris Waterfall
Finance & On-Campus Payment Support
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Complete the daily on-campus card schedule for submission to the Cash Book team.
Act as the liaison between the WFL Finance Team and onsite consultations, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of finance-related issues.
Print encrypted student statements upon request.
Assist students with bursary-related enquiries and direct them to the Senior SRS for final handling.

Minimum Education Requirements:
A 3-year Diploma in administration
Minimum Work Experience Requirements
2-3 years administration experience.
