Job Description SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online. SACAP is seeking an Admissions Officer for our Johannesburg Campus. The Admissions Officer will sell SACAP programmes, grow new SACAP student numbers, find new business and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals. As well as respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and services. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or an advanced diploma 2 years' experience in higher education SKILLS: Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills suitable for working with people at all levels within SACAP and its stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies. Ability to explain product and features and benefits in a way what stands out over competitors. Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customer needs. Resilience and willingness to deal with rejection. Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player. Organizational and time-management skills. Knowledgeable and passionate about SACAP and its offerings.
