Responsibilities
Paid Ads Strategy & Execution:


Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
Structure campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and budgets for optimal performance and spend efficiency.
Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and brand guidelines.
Take full ownership of campaign setup, execution, and performance from launch through to optimisation.


Campaign Optimisation & Scaling:


Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise based on key metrics including CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently to maximise revenue impact.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take swift, data-driven corrective action.
Continuously test creatives, messaging, targeting strategies, and offers to improve campaign results over time.


Website & Funnel Optimisation:


Build and optimise landing pages and product pages to improve visitor-to-customer conversion rates.
Identify and resolve drop-off points across the customer journey to reduce friction and increase completions.
Ensure full alignment between ad messaging, landing pages, and product offers for a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with relevant teams to improve overall funnel performance and conversion efficiency.


SEO & Organic Growth:


Improve website visibility and organic reach through structured search engine optimisation (SEO) activities.
Optimise product pages and content for relevant, high-intent keywords that drive qualified traffic.
Identify and act on opportunities to grow organic traffic consistently alongside paid acquisition efforts.


Data, Analytics & Tracking:


Track and analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools and platform dashboards.
Ensure proper implementation and functioning of tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager.
Maintain data accuracy across all platforms to support reliable performance evaluation and decision-making.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategy adjustments and campaign improvements.


Creative Collaboration:


Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
Provide data-driven feedback on visuals, messaging, and copy to improve creative performance.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone across all paid campaigns at all times.


Budget & Spend Management:


Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms and campaigns.
Distribute spend based on live performance data, prioritising channels and campaigns delivering the strongest results.
Monitor cost efficiency continuously and adjust budgets in real time to protect ROAS and CAC targets.
Support scaling efforts while maintaining profitability and spend discipline at all times.


Market Research & Growth Opportunities:


Monitor industry trends and competitor advertising activity to inform strategy and identify gaps.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and advertising best practices.
Identify new channels, audience segments, and acquisition opportunities to support business growth.


Requirements


Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 8 years work experience.
