We are seeking a high-performance Ads Manager to take ownership of paid media, lead generation, and revenue growth across PrideInn Hotels, Resorts & Camps.
This is not a basic execution role. We require a results-driven specialist with a strong understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven campaigns.
Your primary objective will be to drive direct bookings, generate qualified leads, and deliver measurable revenue through strategic digital advertising.


Key Responsibilities


Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), ensuring efficient budget utilization and maximum ROI.
Drive hotel bookings, conference and event leads, and restaurant promotions through structured conversion funnels.
Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROAS through A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
Design and optimize customer journeys, including landing pages, booking flows, and retargeting strategies.
Track performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, and provide clear, actionable weekly reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals, offers, and brand standards.


Requirements


3 - 5+ years in performance marketing
Proven experience managing ROI-driven campaigns
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and conversion tracking
Proven ability to generate leads, drive bookings, and scale campaigns
