Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and execute strategies to efficiently onboard and integrate new partners into the ecosystem.
Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial deals that align with specific business targets and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and conversion teams to ensure acquisition funnels are optimized and tested.
Provide detailed monitoring and reporting on critical metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and retention.
Perform ongoing optimization of existing deals to ensure sustainable, long-term profitability.
Foster and maintain high-level relationships with key affiliate partners.
Present performance summaries and strategic reports to senior and executive management.
Requirements:
Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience within the online gaming (iGaming) industry is required.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential, specifically the ability to use Pivot Tables and Vlookups for data analysis.
Tooling: Experience with ReferOn or MyAffiliates is highly advantageous; familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or VPN tools is a plus.
Tracking Knowledge: Solid understanding of online tracking, including cookies, postbacks, and dynamic parameters.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful, engaging way to stakeholders.
Autonomy: A self-sufficient worker who values decisiveness and can prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-moving organization.
Travel: Ability to travel internationally (approx. 2-3 weeks per year) for industry conferences in locations such as the UK and Spain.
