MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Customer Service and Communication: Welcome customers, manage service process, provide updates, obtain authorisations, arrange transport.
Preparation and Booking Administration: Pre-assess bookings, print job cards, check parts requirements.
Warranty, Motor Plan and Authorisations: Check validity, obtain authorisations, process claims.
Quotations, Invoicing and Payments: Prepare quotes, complete invoicing, follow up on payments.
Vehicle Handover and Collection: Confirm readiness, arrange collection, explain work completed.
Systems, Records and Administration: Update systems, maintain records, complete necessary documentation.
Internal Coordination: Liaise with workshop, parts department, and service manager, attend service meetings.

Excellent customer service, accurate documentation, effective coordination, timely processing, and system maintenance.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Grade 12 / Matric
Previous After Sales or Service Department experience
Computer literate
Driver's license
