Assist with the planning and supervision of after-school and vacation activities
Oversee stock and maintain effective stock control systems
Maintain quality control and ensure clear communication with parents and all stakeholders
Support marketing and basic financial management activities as required

Qualifications, experience and skills
An appropriate academic and professional education qualification from a recognised institution
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
Genuine passion for children
Excellent planning, organisational, and administrative abilities
Energetic, positive approach to the role
Patience and compassion when working with children
A clear criminal record
