We are seeking a highly skilled and detail- oriented professional to lead and support our after-sales department. The Aftersales Officer will be responsible for overseeing all post-sale customer interactions and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service, maintenance coordination, spare parts management, and customer support. This role plays a critical part in building long-term relationships with customers, driving brand loyalty, and supporting the overall performance of MojaEV's electric vehicle ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years' experience in an aftersales, customer service, or workshop coordination role (automotive experience is an added advantage).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
