Responsibilities
Marketing of POS to qualified businesses
Maintain a relationship with the businesses onboarded
Train agents on banking products, POS usage, compliance, and customer service
Monitor agent performance and transaction activities
Ensure agents meet daily, weekly, and monthly transaction targets
Resolve operational issues such as failed transactions
Conduct field visits to agent locations
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and anti-fraud policies
Support marketing and growth campaigns for agency banking services
Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports
