Responsibilities
Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.
Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 20 sales executives.
Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the agency achieves its set targets.
Ensure the monthly target for the team is met and exceeded.
Make excellent sales monthly.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND qualification
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector
Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate or Insurance Sector
Interpersonal Skills.
