Job Summary

Monitoring all Land Development machineries for efficient operation to meet up planting schedule.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


Ensure correct machine & Implement for Land Development & make request of the machines as required.
Monitor & Improve implementation for better efficiency.
Liaise with HTMS for better Agric fleet & relate with the Land Development Manager for Daily plan.
Ensure timely completion of Land preparation.
Management of Operators handling the machines.


Educational Qualification and Work Experience


Shall hold the minimum of B.Sc. Agricultural Engineering.
Any relevant Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 5-6 Years in Farm Machinery Management
