A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travellers is looking to hire Airport sales & operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will strengthen team performance, improve customer experience, and eliminate operational lapses.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive daily and monthly sales targets for eSIM and pSIM products.
Supervise attendants to improve conversions and upselling.
Ensure strict compliance with company registration policies and procedures.
Monitor daily sales reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
Handle escalated customer complaints with product managers and improve service quality.
Mentor and enforce discipline within the team.
Provide regular sales and operations reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
2+ years experience in sales supervision, telecom, fintech, or retail operations, preferably within the age range of 30 - 35 years.
Must be available to work on-site 6 days a week, including weekends.
Strong leadership and performance management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and accountability.
