About the Role

At Stitch Fix, we're in search of an Allocation Coordinator to join our dynamic Merchandise - Allocation team. This role serves as an entry point into our dynamic company, offering an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive curated Stitch Fixes tailored to their preferences.

  • Strategically allocate merchandise to distribution centers, optimizing inventory levels based on demand plans and current market trends.
  • Conduct thorough pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate inventory risks.
  • Collaborate closely with buying to ensure seamless and timely receipt flow.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in the Purchase Order Management system.
  • Drive continuous improvement of allocation processes and procedures to support team growth.
  • Lead and execute ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Manage purchase order tracking and maintain daily allocation reporting.
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in allocation, replenishment, or merchandise planning.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • You are an analytical thinker with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • You consistently demonstrate a meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring all work is accurate and free from errors. You regularly review and cross-check information to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • You have experience working in the retail industry.
  • You have strong problem-solving abilities and take a proactive approach when challenges arise.
  • You have a dedicated work ethic with a willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver results.
  • You thrive in ambiguous situations and operate with a collaborative mindset.
  • You are comfortable working autonomously and contribute effectively to team goals.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a track record of effective internal and external communication and display confidence in interacting with cross-function partners.
  • You are skilled at multitasking and perform at your best under pressure.
  • You are eager to gain expertise in merchandise planning and allocation.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. Salary Range

$55,900

$93,000 USD
