Minimum Requirements


Bachelor's Degree (Honors) in a relevant field (Essential/Minimum)
First Line Management Certificate (Recommended/Desirable)
3-5 years of experience in financial modeling, project development, project valuation, and scenario analysis (Essential/Minimum)
Proficiency in renewable energy technologies (wind, solar, BESS) and their operational drivers
Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools
Exposure to renewable energy projects across various stages: development, construction, operations
Knowledge of financing, accounting, legal, and technical principles for structuring and valuing large-scale renewable energy projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing board-level and investment committee materials
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with business development, engineering, finance, and operations
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving sector

Duties & Responsibilities


Provide data-driven insights and analytical support across the energy value chain to facilitate strategic, operational, and investment decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial, technical, and operational data, and develop financial models for renewable energy projects.
Assist in the preparation of board-level and investment committee materials, ensuring effective communication of complex analyses to stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders, maintaining quality standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Support project teams with consolidation and analysis of information, carrying out research and due diligence activities for energy projects.
Develop techno-commercial modeling tools and conduct financial analysis for project valuation and risk assessment.
Participate in project finance activities, including reviewing model assumptions, project agreements, and providing financial inputs for documentation.
Facilitate risk management by conducting risk assessments, focusing on financial, technical, commercial, and environmental risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies while engaging in continuous learning to adapt to legislative and market changes.
Foster effective working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution and performance improvement.
