The KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme is for graduates who are curious about how organisations grow, how strategy turns into execution and how ideas create real-world impact.

Within our Strategy & Customer Solutions team, you will work on projects spanning enterprise-wide strategy, growth strategy, business planning and modelling, digital strategy, customer experience design and transformation, and operational excellence. This is a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment where learning happens quickly and performance matters.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria


You're an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria:
Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university
Master's degree strongly encouraged though not mandatory
At least 5 O' Level credits, including English and Mathematics
Under 28 years old at the time of application
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
Strong research, writing and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and related tools
No KPMG aptitude test taken within the last 12 months
