Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for business applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
Build backend services using Python or .NET (C#)
Develop and maintain REST APIs
Support system integrations across ERP, POS, and third-party platforms
Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems
Document issues and resolutions accurately within the service desk system
Requirements
2 - 3 years' experience in Application Support or Backend Development
Proficiency in Python or .NET/C#
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
Experience with REST APIs and integrations
Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud integrations
Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365 or Odoo is an added advantage
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
