KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first and second level support across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and related business applications
Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, troubleshooting application, transaction and process issues
Support upgrades, deployments, integrations and UAT, including documentation and business sign offs
Support master data integrity, reporting and reconciliations, and maintain SOPs and user guides
Train users, support internal controls, and manage vendor SLAs and escalations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field
3 to 5 years' experience in SAP Application Support or ERP or application support roles
Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and or SAP S4HANA
Retail or multi branch experience and SAP certification are added advantages
