Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution
Minimum of 3 - 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design within the real estate or property development sector
ARCON or COREN registered is an added advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural visualization tools
Strong understanding of property development processes, from concept design to construction and finishing
Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and presentation models
Familiarity with real estate market trends, building regulations, and environmental standards
Excellent design creativity, spatial planning, and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within set timelines and budgets.
