Job Summary
The Architect is responsible for designing building plans, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring construction projects comply with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed building designs for real estate projects.
Prepare and review architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Ensure architectural designs comply with building codes and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with structural engineers and other consultants on project designs.
Provide architectural guidance during project planning and development.
Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved architectural drawings.
Review and update drawings based on project requirements or site conditions.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of architectural drawings and revisions.
Assist in preparing drawings and layouts for regulatory approvals.
Support the project team in resolving design-related issues during construction.
Ensure materials and finishes used align with the architectural design.
Participate in project meetings and provide design updates to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Professional certification with ARCON is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in architectural design or construction projects.
