Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, relevant professional certification and registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) with a minimum of 7 years post-qualification, verifiable experience in architectural design and project delivery within the real estate development and construction industry.
