The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of built projects, demonstrate exceptional design and project management skills, and have experience leading a team of architects. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; Relevant professional certification and registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is mandatory with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification, verifiable experience in architectural design and project delivery within the real estate development and construction industry.
