Description
We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join our team
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Produce accurate 2D and 3D designs and presentations using relevant architectural software.
Conduct site visits, inspections, measurements, and assessments.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Review materials, finishes, and construction details.
Assist with project planning, documentation, and coordination from concept through completion.
Identify design or construction issues and propose practical solutions.
Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
B.Arch or M.Arch in Architecture from a recognized university.
Professional qualification/registration with ARCON is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.
Experience with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
Relevant professional experience in architectural design and/or construction.
Preferred Candidates:
Graduates of Covenant University or the University of Lagos (UNILAG) with strong academic and practical backgrounds are preferred.
