Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architect to support the design and development of modern healthcare facility spaces.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical drawing skills with innovative design capability and practical construction knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, construction details, schedules, and documentation
Develop 3D models, renders, animations, and walkthrough presentations for approvals and stakeholder engagement
Prepare interior design concepts, façade proposals, and functional space planning for healthcare environments
Deliver practical, cost-effective, and buildable design solutions
Support reduction of external consultancy costs through in-house design capability.

Functional and cost-efficient designs that optimize space and operational efficiency.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. in Architecture
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
ARCON registration is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD
Lumion or similar rendering tools
BIM workflow understanding
Strong knowledge of construction detailing and technical documentation
Ability to prepare BOQ support drawings and schedules.
