KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be accountable for:
Performance Management & Business Partnering
Ensure the operating system for performance management is active and effective within assigned execution team(s).
Deploy and cascade KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals.
Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly meetings to embed finance in operational decision-making.
Use visual management systems and RCA frameworks to highlight, challenge, and improve performance levels.
Provide objective performance assessments and co-create improvement plans with execution leaders.
Stay updated on operational developments and proactively challenge performance gaps.
Business Insight & Decision Support
Develop a deep understanding of operational drivers and take ownership of overall business performance within scope.
Produce timely management reports, gap analyses, and actionable insights.
Support the development and validation of business cases, ensuring sound assumptions, robust financials, and post-implementation benefit tracking.
Partner cross-functionally to challenge assumptions, influence decision-making, and ensure business strategies are grounded in data and financial reality.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and support execution of joint productivity plans.
Support month-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Provide input and quality assurance for FP&A deliverables (Budget, RoFo, QBR, Monthly Performance).
Deliver accurate, relevant, and timely commentary to regional/centre stakeholders.
Community & Capability Building
Engage actively in the finance community, sharing best practices and leveraging global/regional insights.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement using analytical tools and methodologies.
Support data-driven decision-making by applying structured analysis and clear visualization techniques.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone with:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with relevant professional qualification (ACCA or CPA) preferred
At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a multinational corporation or a leading consulting environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) to generate actionable insights
Ability to remain composed under pressure and navigate effectively through ambiguity
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across functions
