Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Or any related field
MBA or professional certifications in sales/management (an added advantage)
5 - 8+ years of progressive experience in sales
At least 2 - 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent sales planning and execution
Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned area
Manage, supervise, and motivate sales teams and field agents
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities
