Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
Manage assigned retail accounts; secure openings, negotiate favourable trade terms, and achieve monthly sales value targets
Conduct regular visits to strengthen customer relationships, resolve service issues, and expand SKU presence in existing accounts.
Promotion & Merchandising Execution
Coordinate with merchandising teams to implement approved promotions and activations; monitor inÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂstore visibility, POS materials placement, and planogram compliance.
Track promotional performance, report on sales uplift and execution gaps, and support postÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂpromotion analysis.
Finance & Compliance
Follow up on collections in line with approved credit policies; reconcile promotional claims, rebates, and discounts before submission to Finance.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Reporting & Market Insights
Submit timely reports on sales performance, outlet growth, and competitor activities; provide actionable market intelligence and feedback to improve routeÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂmarket and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade. )
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales target
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Strong negotiation, relationshipÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂbuilding, and digital reporting skills
