Artisan (Electrician) at Glencore

In this role you will be responsible for:


Ensuring that the required plant availability is achieved in area of responsibility.
Perform standby duties and respond to breakdowns.
Pro- active planned maintenance and equipment services are conducted.
Adhere to health, safety, environment, community and housekeeping standards.


About you:


Grade 12 and related N3 qualification or related Technical Grade 12
Trade Certificate (Electrician)
Completed POE for Section 26D trade certificate
3 Years post-trade experience in a Plant/Smelter environment.
A wireman's license is advantageous.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of HSEC systems and SAP PM Systems.
