Key Responsibilities


Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy.
Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost monitoring.
Support payroll-related financial processes.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.


Requirements & Qualifications


Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience (NYSC experience is an added advantage).
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Integrity, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism.
Must reside within or close to Ogba, Berger, Ikeja, or surrounding areas.
