ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Cost Controller to join our dynamic finance and hospitality team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Cost Controller to monitor, manage, and optimize operational costs across our Food & Beverage (F&B) and general hotel departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
COST & INVENTORY TRACKING:
Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory management.
F&B COST CONTROL:
Monitor recipe costing, menu pricing updates, and point-of-sale (POS) system integrations.
MONTH-END CLOSING:
Support the finance team with journal preparations, variance analysis, and cost reports.
EXPENSE AUDITING:
Review purchase requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure alignment with company budgets and internal control policies.
COST OPTIMIZATION:
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving strategies across departments.
What We're Looking For
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
EXPERIENCE:
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in cost control or auditing, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., OMEGA, OPERA, Supy, Adaco, or FMC) is a strong advantage.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Strong numerical aptitude with a sharp eye for detail and discrepancy resolution.
COMMUNICATION: Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, purchasing, and kitchen/housekeeping teams.
