REQUIREMENTS :
An undergraduate qualification in Public Management or Commerce (NQF Level 6 or higher); plus A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a BBBEE/ transformation environment; plus A valid drivers' licence (minimum code B).

DUTIES :
Develop and manage the Empowerment programmes including Departmental areas of participation, skills development programmes, and other integrated empowerment information.
Conduct analysis of statistical information with a view to identifying new development programs in line with value chain principles.
Ensure compliances in terms of BEE Transformation interventions across the Department.
Report monthly on the status of the BBBEE performance.
Provide advice, guidance and input to transformation policy development.
Manage and supervise staff within the component.
