Job Purpose
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to render employee health and wellness programme services to the Western Cape Government (WCG), excluding the Department of Health and Wellness and the Western Cape Education Department. This post is stationed in Cape Town - CBD.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher) in social sciences/humanities/industrial psychology/public management science or a related field of study; A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas
Communication and awareness of EHW services and programmes; Management of EHW advisory services and EHW Project plans;
Develop relevant EHW governance and standards; Management of Supply Chain Management Procedures and Contract Management;
Reporting on EHW utilisation and trends; Supervising the EHW practitioner(s); planning relevant projects for the client; monitoring service provided by the service provider and the utilisation of the report on relevant executed projects on various reporting and statistical platforms; monitoring service provider SLA compliance.
