Minimum Requirements
An appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 (or higher) in the field of Business Management/ Administration or Commerce or Project Management; A minimum of 3 years relevant enterprise development and administrative experience.

Key Performance Areas
Support the development of initiatives to enable small business access to non-financial and financial support; Support the implementation of initiatives to provide market access opportunities for small business;
Facilitate building and strengthening partnerships to provide small businesses with business development services (leverage of funding and supplier development);
Support the implementation of initiatives to enhance entrepreneurship (social and business);
Support the development of initiatives to improve the enabling environment for business through government interaction; Support the development of initiatives to identify gaps and/or blockages for service delivery improvement and refer to the relevant components.
Competencies
Knowledge of the following: Economics; Application of statistical information; Public administration; Applicable legislative and regulatory requirements, policies and standards; Project management; Computer software programmes.
