MINIMIM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma/ Degree advantageous
Previous crop farming experience
Knowledge of tractors and general farm machinery maintenance
Strong people skills and ability to work with a team
Ability to manage a variety of tasks and activities efficiently
Knowledge of lucerne farming and baling processes
Hands-on, proactive attitude
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently when required
Valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Assist in the day-to-day management of farm operations
Oversee maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities
Support planning and coordination of various farm activities
Supervise and work alongside farm staff
