REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor's degree in Library Science from a recognized institution or a good Bachelor's degree from a recognized University plus a postgraduate Diploma in Library Studies and must be an Associate or Fellowship of a recognized Institute of Librarians.
