Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager Finance Account, based in Lagos.
The Assistant Manager will handle daily financial operations, manage accounting processes, oversee financial planning, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
The individual will collaborate with functional teams, prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, support sales operations, and contribute to maintaining customer and team satisfaction through managerial guidance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Finance and Account Management with the ability to analyze, create, and manage financial reports and budgets.
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to support and enhance customer satisfaction and business growth initiatives.
Experience in Team Management to lead and supervise teams effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and performance.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
