The Assistant Managing Director (AMD) will be responsible for strategic planning, operational management, project development, team leadership, financial management, risk management and overseeing marketing and sales in the branch.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist the Managing Director in developing and implementing company's strategies plans and objectives
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with long term goals and strategies
Provide leadership and guidance to the department heads and manger to ensure effective execution of business plans
Analyze business performance and provide insight recommendations for improvement
Foster a culture of high performance, innovation and improvement
Support the Managing Director in managing key stakeholder including investors, clients and partners
Lead special project and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, meetings as required
Assist in preparation of financial reports, budget, presentations for the board of directors and stakeholders


Experience:


Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Experience in residential or commercial property sales is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.:
Understanding of real estate markets, property types, and financing options.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Business administration, Estate management, Engineering with marketing skills or a related field (preferred).
