Assistant Mixer - Klerksdorp Mill at PepsiCo

Job Overview:


The role of the incumbent is to assist the Mixer with accurately filling microdosers, plant monitoring and operating extruders within the White Instant Plant.


Expected to relief and operate on different lines from time to time.


Assist with filling microdosers with the correct ingredients
Assist with ensuring the right batching sequence and dosing is achieved
Assist with conducting daily physical inspection and monitoring of the plant
Assist with moving ingredients from and to the mixing floor
Housekeeping
Reporting out of specification to the supervisor
Ensure accurate reporting and recording when assisting mixer
Comply with EHS and Food Safety requirements


Qualifications


Grade 12
0 - 12 months production experience in FMCG environment
Experience in food processing and packaging
Health and safety standards
