Job purpose:
This role is responsible for maintaining external perception and creating awareness of the services and products with the aim of maintaining a positive image of the Group.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Ensure that CPF corporate events are well publicised and well covered in the media and internally.
Ensure branding of all CPF Group branches nationwide.
Collect articles to produce the internal staff newsletter.
Conduct research and surveys to advise the team on various perception themes.
Assist in developing agile media campaigns that will positively profile the CPF Group among key audiences.
Monitor media activities and prepare a monthly report on coverage received.
Support in coordinating the branding of all CPF Group branches nationwide.
Assist in collection of articles to produce the internal staff newsletter.
Assist in editing articles to be used or published for internal and external communication.
Conduct proactive public relations and external communication campaigns to build positive interaction with key stakeholders.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required
Academic and Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies:
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, or relevant field
Certificate in Public Relations or any relevant professional qualification/ certification and Membership to the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK) professional body.
Experience Required: 1. At least 1-year relevant experience in a similar organisation or busy function
