Responsibilities
Support the Production Supervisor in supervising and coordinating daily production activities.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
Assist in conducting short interval control meetings and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
Monitor raw materials usage and assist in minimizing wastage.
Help ensure compliance with recipe calculations and monitor production consistency.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, wastage, and manpower utilization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Act as the team lead in the absence of the Operator Team Lead.
