REQUIREMENTS


Process and manage room reservations accurately and efficiently through all booking channels. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries professionally. Support revenue optimization through effective upselling and rate management.
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


Minimum 2-3 years' experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a reputable hotel. • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tours & Travel, Front Office Operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in PMS (Opera or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
