Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves supervising sales activities, building client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the property acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Drive property sales (land, residential, and commercial properties).
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to close deals effectively.
Support in negotiating deals and ensuring timely closure of transactions.
Supervise and guide sales executives to meet individual and team targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback.
Motivate the team to achieve high performance and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
Participate in property inspections, site visits, and client presentations.
Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Track sales performance and analyze trends.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 5 years experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
