Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Assistant Showroom Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales performance.
The Assistant Showroom Manager will support the Showroom Manager in overseeing store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily showroom operations
Supervise sales representatives and provide guidance
Ensure excellent customer service experience
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking
Handle customer complaints professionally
Support sales target achievement and promotional campaigns
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in retail sales (electronics store experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and gadgets.
Basic computer skills (Excel & POS systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
