A restaurantstore manager supports the storeteam in overseeing the store environment and ensuring that it runs smoothly and successfully.
Managing daily store operations,managing inventory, maintaining standards, and helping the company to achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
Maintain cleanand arranged store environment.
Monitor inventory, order suppliesand receive items both perishable and non perishables.
Inventory Control and Management:
Managing inventory efficiently prevents both overstock and shortages.
Store managers oversee the ordering and stocking processes, ensuring that popular items are always available while less popular ones do not clutter the shelves.
They develop systems for tracking inventory levels, helping the store maintain a good balance of stock and meet customer demand. Implementing effective inventory practices reduces waste and maximizes profitability.
Required Skills
Leadership, communication, time management skills and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
POS system proficiency, Proficiency with store management software
and basic computer skills.
Experience in restaurant or quickservice management Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
Physical stamina to participate in store tasks and stand for extended periods
