Key Responsibilities
Assist in corporate, commercial, and conveyancing transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and related documentation.
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions where required.
Support transaction execution, due diligence exercises, and regulatory compliance matters.
Manage client files and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
Attend to client instructions and maintain professional client relationships.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
Contribute to business development initiatives where applicable.
Undertake any other duties assigned within the Corporate, Commercial & Conveyancing Department.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practising certificate.
6 - 24 months Post-Qualification Experience.
Prior experience working in a law firm is mandatory.
Minimum academic performance of B+ (or equivalent).
Demonstrable interest and practical exposure in Corporate, Commercial & Conveyancing work.
Exposure to business development will be an added advantage.
Strong drafting, legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting corporate and commercial transactions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative working style and sound emotional intelligence.
